About the Role
This position offers a dedicated truck driving opportunity designed for drivers who value consistent home time and reliable freight. As a CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver, you will operate newer equipment (averaging 18 months old) on routes that allow for weekly home time. The role focuses on 100% touch freight, ensuring active engagement with every load, and includes compensation for unloads, stops, and backhauls.
Drivers can expect an average weekly earning of $1,450, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates. Trip pay is calculated based on dispatched miles at a rate of $0.63 per mile, adjusted for route specifics and experience level.

Hiring Process & Eligibility
To join our team, candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and possess a minimum of three months of driving experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test.
Safety Record Requirements:
- No more than one CMV on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years.
- No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
- No more than two moving violations in the last 2 years.
- No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL).
- No drug-related convictions within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding a CDL).
- No positive or refused drug tests in the past 10 years with a CDL-A or CLP.
