CDL-A Company Driver - Dedicated - Dry Van

About the Role

Join our dedicated truck driving team to deliver freight with a focus on consistency and reliability. This position offers a dedicated route that allows drivers to return home weekly, ensuring a sustainable work-life balance. You will operate newer equipment, averaging 18 months old, and handle 100% touch freight, which includes opportunities for unload, stop, and backhaul pay to maximize earnings.

Compensation & Benefits

Drivers can expect an average weekly pay of $1,900+, with top earners averaging $2,200 per week. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates. Hiring Process

Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test. Candidates must meet specific safety standards, including no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Drivers with a DUI/DWI within the past five years (or ten years if holding a CDL) or a drug-related conviction within the past five years (or ten years if holding a CDL) are not eligible.
