Drivers operate newer equipment, with an average fleet age of 18 months, ensuring a reliable and comfortable ride. The role features 100% touch freight, providing drivers with the opportunity to unload, stop, and earn backhaul pay, maximizing earning potential beyond standard trip rates.

Compensation & Support

Drivers can expect an average weekly income of $1,450, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus available upon meeting qualification criteria. Compensation includes trip pay calculated at $0.63 per dispatched mile, varying by route and experience level. The company provides comprehensive support through 24/7 driver assistance and convenient home-base terminals.

Hiring Process

Candidates must complete a paid orientation program, which is compensated upon completion and hiring. The application process requires a valid Class A CDL, at least three months of driving experience, and adherence to strict safety standards, including passing a DOT physical and drug test. Specific driving history requirements apply regarding accidents, moving violations, and DUI/DWI offenses.
