CDL-A Company Driver - Dedicated - Dry Van

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated CDL-A truck driver to join our team on a route that offers home weekly. This position focuses on 100% touch freight, providing opportunities for unload, stop, and backhaul pay. Drivers operate newer equipment, with an average fleet age of 18 months, ensuring a reliable and comfortable driving experience.

Compensation & Support

Drivers in this role average $1,450 per week, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus available upon meeting qualifications. Compensation includes trip pay calculated at $0.63 per dispatched mile, adjusted based on route and experience. We offer paid orientation, paid vacation after one year, and comprehensive support including 24/7 driver assistance.

Application Process

Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of driving experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Specific driving record requirements include no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI offenses within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL).
