About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated CDL-A truck driver to join our team on a home-weekly schedule. This position offers 100% touch freight with opportunities for unload, stop, and backhaul pay, ensuring a consistent and engaging daily routine. Drivers operate newer equipment, averaging 18 months old, and are supported by convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver assistance.
Compensation & Incentives
Drivers can expect an average weekly pay of $1,900, with top earners averaging $2,200. Compensation is based on trip pay calculated from dispatched miles, ranging from $0.70 to $0.80 per mile depending on the route and experience level. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates, with payouts subject to specific qualifications.

Requirements
- verifiedClass A License (CDL A)

- verified3 months of verifiable experience
- verifiedNo more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years
- verifiedNo major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years
- verifiedNo more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- verifiedNo DUI/DWI within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding CDL)
- verifiedPass a DOT physical and drug test
- verifiedNo drug related conviction within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding CDL)
- verifiedNo positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP
- verifiedSAP drivers are not eligible for hire
