About the Role
We are hiring Casual CDL A Drivers in El Paso, TX, for consistent regional runs. This role is designed for drivers who value stability and home time. You will operate on a schedule that allows you to be home every three days, leaving on the same day every week. The position features dedicated regional runs with consistent freight and a high volume of drop-and-hook operations (65%+).
Unlike other carriers, we offer no forced dispatch—ever. You will drive brand-new equipment, with new trucks arriving in May 2026. The work environment is supported by a dedicated operations team, and the onboarding process is streamlined with an easy, one-day paid orientation.
