The Role
As a Casual CDL Driver in El Paso, TX, you will operate a dedicated regional route with a predictable rhythm. You can count on being home every three days and leaving on the same day every week. This role offers consistent freight and the opportunity to control your earnings through our mileage incentive program, where you can earn between $0.52 and $0.55 CPM on all miles, loaded or empty. The position includes opportunities for fuel bonuses, safety bonuses, and a referral bonus with no cap.
