About the Role

We are hiring CDL-A Drivers for dedicated accounts. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside dedicated associates who share a passion for providing an exceptional experience and service to our rural communities. As a driver, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring reliable service while enjoying a supportive culture that values your contributions.

Compensation and Rewards

We are committed to rewarding our drivers with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. Effective April 2nd, we are paying $0.56 per mile, plus a $0.03 per mile safety bonus paid out quarterly.

Application Process

To join our team, candidates must possess a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and be willing to submit to background checks, drug screens, and DOT physicals. We look for individuals with a clean driving record (no moving violations within the past 13 months) and the physical stamina to handle long driving shifts. Experience with electronic log devices and software such as GPS, Peoplenet, and Qualcomm is highly valued.
