About the Role
This position offers a dedicated truck driving opportunity with a focus on consistent home time and reliable freight. Drivers will operate newer equipment, averaging 18 months old, from convenient home-base terminals. The role is designed for those seeking a stable schedule with the ability to be home weekly.
Compensation & Perks
Drivers can expect an average weekly pay of $1,450, supplemented by a $2,000 sign-on bonus. The compensation structure includes trip pay calculated at $0.63 per dispatched mile, with additional opportunities for unload, stop, and backhaul pay. Paid orientation is provided upon completion and hiring.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of driving experience. The application process requires passing a DOT physical and drug test. Candidates must meet specific safety standards, including no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Additionally, there are strict guidelines regarding moving violations and DUI/DWI offenses. Drivers with SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) status are not eligible for hire.
