About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated CDL-A truck driver to join our team, offering a stable home weekly schedule with 100% touch freight. This position is designed for drivers who value consistent routes and reliable equipment, featuring a fleet of newer trucks averaging 18 months old.
Drivers in this role can expect an average weekly earning of $1,450, supplemented by a $2,000 sign-on bonus. The compensation structure includes pay for unloads, stops, and backhauls, with trip pay calculated based on dispatched miles ($0.63 cpm) depending on the route and experience level.
Hiring Process
Candidates must complete a paid orientation program upon completion and hiring. The selection process requires a valid Class A License (CDL A), at least 3 months of experience, and being 21 years or older. Applicants must successfully pass a DOT physical and drug test.
