About the Opportunity
Join our team as a CDL-A Driver supporting a dedicated Dollar Tree account. This full-time role is designed for drivers who thrive on an active schedule and value consistent home time. You will be responsible for delivering customer freight from our West Memphis, AR hub to a wide network of locations across Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois, and Alabama.
The Role in Action
On average, you will complete three loads per week, making three stops per load and covering approximately 1,500 miles. The position requires unloading full truckloads using roto-carts and lift gates, offering a dynamic driving experience. You will operate sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53' dry trailers. A key requirement for this role is the ability to park your truck at home or a secure location during your weekly reset.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers competitive compensation through a combination of mileage and stop pay, along with weekly paychecks. Drivers enjoy a 34-hour weekly reset, ensuring regular time at home.
