About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A OTR Company Drivers to join our team hauling Landoll, Stepdeck, Flatbed, or Dry Van loads. In this role, you will operate company-provided equipment, ensuring safe and efficient transport of freight. We offer a high-mileage environment where drivers can run at least 2,500 miles per week, allowing you to maximize your earnings through our CPM-Plus pay structure.
Our drivers enjoy a flexible lifestyle, with options to be home on weekends or out for 2-3 weeks at a time. We provide in-house maintenance for both trucks and trailers, ensuring your vehicle is always in top condition. Additionally, we welcome pets, allowing you to bring your furry companions along on the road.
Hiring Process
To apply, candidates must possess a valid CDL-A license, a current DOT physical, and the ability to pass a drug screen. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of CDL-A driving experience and be prepared to complete any required safety certifications. Selected candidates will receive training and equipment support to hit the road successfully.
