Established in 2006, Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD), a subsidiary of GSF, is a custom last-mile distribution company specializing in tailored solutions for the foodservice industry. Headquartered in Frisco, Texas, QCD services thousands of restaurants throughout the United States, providing over 37,000 deliveries a week from 25 strategically located distribution centers, averaging more than 40 million miles driven per year.
About the Role
Drive for more than just a paycheck. At QCD, our local CDL drivers are the heartbeat of our supply chain, delivering products with precision, care, and pride. This role is designed for those seeking a stable, high-earning, career-building opportunity that gets you home daily. You will operate a diesel-powered tractor-trailer on local routes, handling packaged Chicken, Beef, or Pork products with touch freight required. The position involves overnight driving with dispatch times between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM, depending on the route, ensuring you are home every night with no layovers.
As part of a 24/7 operation, you will work a schedule of 4 days per week with the possibility of a 5th day, covering 12-14 hours per day. You will make 10-15 stops daily, utilizing trailers equipped with lift gates to navigate multi-temperature environments including coolers and freezers. Success in this role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and clear communication with dispatch, store teams, and fellow drivers.
Relocation Opportunity
We offer a $5,000 lump sum relocation bonus (grossed up) to qualified candidates. This bonus is available with a signed 1-year repayment agreement and is pending approval based on relevant work experience, job tenure, and driving record.
