About the Opportunity
Dollar Tree is seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers for a high-paying, home-weekly position on our dedicated account in Warrensburg, MO. This role is designed for drivers who want to stay active while delivering dry freight to customer locations across the Midwest.
The Role
Drivers on this lane will hand unload trailers using rollers at customer sites. The route covers deliveries to Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, the Dakotas, and Missouri. Drivers typically average two loads per week and run approximately 1,750 miles. The schedule includes a weekly 34-hour reset, ensuring regular time at home.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers competitive compensation through CPM and load pay, along with a Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay. Drivers receive weekly pay and are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental, life insurance, AD&D, an HSA, paid time off, and 401(k) participation. Additional perks include bonus incentives and an unlimited cash referral program.
Equipment & Logistics
Drivers will work directly with the account manager to determine safe and secure parking locations for their trucks at customer sites.
