About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A OTR Company Drivers to join our team hauling Landoll, Stepdeck, Flatbed, or Dry Van loads. As a Midwest Company Driver, you will operate our equipment, which we provide along with comprehensive training to ensure your success. This role is designed for drivers who thrive on the road and want to maximize their earnings through high mileage.

You can expect to run at least 2,500 miles per week, with a pay structure designed to reward your productivity. The schedule offers flexibility, allowing drivers to choose between being home on weekends or running out for 2-3 weeks at a time. Whether you are hauling flatbed loads or dry vans, you will be part of a team that values safety and performance.

Hiring Process

To apply for this position, candidates must possess a valid CDL-A license and a current DOT physical. You must also be able to pass a drug screen and have a minimum of 2 years of CDL-A driving experience. Completion of required safety certifications is also necessary before starting.
