About the Role

This is an Over-The-Road (OTR) position designed for drivers who value consistent home time and comprehensive compensation. You will be responsible for hauling loads across the country on OTR routes, with an average of 2,800–3,300 weekly miles. A key benefit of this role is that all miles are paid; you earn 65 cents per mile whether loaded or empty. Drivers can expect to earn $1,800+ per week, with an average annual income of $89,500.

We are pet and passenger friendly, allowing you to bring your family or furry friends along. Home time is bi-weekly, dependent on your specific location, ensuring you can maintain a connection with home while building your career.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive benefits package that includes a 401k with an excellent match, vacation pay, and holiday pay. We also cover 50% of health insurance costs for drivers. New hires are eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Pay is distributed every Friday via direct deposit.

Hiring Process

To join our team, you must possess a valid Class A CDL, have a clean driving record, and hold an up-to-date medical certification. We specifically seek candidates with at least two years of OTR driving experience and two years of experience with a Class A CDL.
