Owner Operators for Liquid Bulk Chemical Hauling
We are seeking experienced Owner Operators to join our fleet specializing in liquid bulk chemical transportation. This role is designed for drivers who maintain their own equipment and are committed to safe, efficient hauling across the region.
Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation structure is designed to reward equipment capability and operational efficiency. Owner Operators are compensated based on their truck's specific configuration:
- 68% for Pump AND Air Equipped trucks
- 67% for Pump OR Air Equipped trucks
- 65% for trucks without Pump or Air equipment (Note: Contractors with no equipment are approved on a case-by-case basis)
In addition to the base percentage, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your business operations:
- 100% Fuel Surcharge: Passed directly to the Owner Operator.
- Detention Pay: Hourly compensation begins after 2 hours of unload/offload time.
- Fuel Card: Provided with discounts available at major travel centers.
- Weekly Settlements: Payments processed weekly with direct deposit options available.
- Toll Reimbursement: 100% reimbursement for all billable and billed tolls.
- Technology: PeopleNet units provided free of charge.
- Registration: IL Base plates available through deductions.
