As a CDL-A Truck Driver, you will make a difference by delivering essential goods across the nation. This role is designed for those who take pride in safely operating tractor-trailers to transport products or materials in liquid, loose, or packaged form. You will be an integral part of our logistics chain, ensuring secure transit environments by strictly complying with all DOT regulations and safety standards.
Your day-to-day involves maintaining open communication with dispatchers and responding promptly to dispatch calls while on duty. You will manage routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries and the optimal use of vehicle logistics. Additionally, you will perform thorough vehicle inspections before and after each trip, reporting any discrepancies or issues immediately. The role also includes handling loading and unloading operations as needed, ensuring the safety of both goods and equipment throughout the process.
