About the Role
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated Cath Lab RN to provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures. This high-acuity role is designed for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes through expert clinical judgment.
In this position, you will serve as a vital link between physicians, patients, and families. Your day will involve conducting pre- and post-procedure assessments, monitoring complex hemodynamics, and administering medications and moderate sedation. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assist physicians during procedures, maintaining strict sterile technique and radiation safety protocols at all times.
Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key role in patient education, guiding families through procedures, recovery, and post-discharge care.
