As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be the vital link between our sales teams, internal business units, and our clients, helping them discover the right solutions while positioning Quill to win profitable deals.

About the Role

This role is designed for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment and enjoys consultative conversations. You will partner closely with Account Managers and Key Account Managers to support high-value accounts (up to $5M) and secure both one-time and recurring projects. Your day-to-day involves managing multiple lead channels, including hunt lines, loaded leads, web leads, and chat, while maintaining a healthy opportunity pipeline in our CRM.

You will act as a trusted advisor, educating customers on relevant Quill features and benefits based on their specific category needs. By increasing net sales and share of wallet through consolidation efforts, you will make a measurable impact on customer success. This position requires a self-starter who is comfortable with change, persistent in the face of rejection, and committed to continuous improvement.
