Cashier/Customer Service Associate

About the Role

Family Dollar is seeking dedicated Cashiers and Customer Service Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, assisting customers with their shopping needs while supporting daily store operations. You will play a vital part in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our community.

What You Will Do

As a Cashier, you will greet customers warmly, scan merchandise, and process cash and card payments efficiently. You will also handle returns, answer product questions, and assist customers with their inquiries. Beyond the register, you may help with unloading deliveries, organizing merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness, and stocking shelves when needed to ensure the store remains well-organized and presentable.
