Cashier/Customer Service Associate

About the Role

Family Dollar is seeking dedicated Cashiers to join our team and assist customers while supporting daily store operations. This role is essential for maintaining a welcoming environment, ensuring accurate transactions, and keeping the store organized and clean.

What You Will Do

As a Cashier, you will be the face of our store, greeting customers and providing excellent service. Your day-to-day responsibilities include operating cash registers, scanning merchandise, and processing cash and card payments. You will also handle returns, answer product questions, and assist customers with their needs.

Beyond the register, you will play a key role in store operations by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. You may also assist with unloading deliveries and helping maintain overall store cleanliness.
