About the Role

7-Eleven Sales Associates and cashiers are the heartbeat of our stores, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for every customer. As a Cashier, you are the first point of contact, operating the register with accuracy and friendliness while assisting customers with their needs. Your role extends beyond the register; you play a vital part in maintaining store operations by restocking shelves and coolers, preparing fresh coffee and food items, and keeping the store and restrooms clean and inviting.

Overnight Shifts

For those who thrive in the quiet hours, our overnight positions offer a unique opportunity to handle stocking cleaning and store preparation for the morning shift. This role the next day. Overnight employees often manage these critical behind-the-scenes tasks to ensure the store is ready for the rush ahead. This role typically pays $13–$20 per hour with an additional $1–$2 per hour overnight pay differential depending on location.
