Job Description
Family Dollar is seeking Cashiers to assist customers, operate cash registers, and support daily store operations. This role is essential for maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth store operations.
Cashiers are responsible for greeting customers, scanning merchandise, processing cash and card payments, and handling returns. The position also involves assisting customers with product questions, stocking shelves when needed, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. Employees may assist with unloading deliveries, organizing merchandise, and helping maintain overall store cleanliness.
Employees must follow company cash handling procedures and customer service policies to ensure accuracy and safety in all transactions.
