About the Role
Family Dollar is seeking dedicated Cashiers and Customer Service Associates to join our team. This role is central to our daily operations, focusing on providing exceptional customer service while maintaining the efficiency and organization of our stores.
Day in the Life
As a Cashier, you will be the face of Family Dollar, greeting customers and assisting them with their shopping needs. Your primary responsibilities include operating cash registers, scanning merchandise, and processing various payment methods, including cash and cards. You will also handle returns and answer product-related questions, ensuring every customer leaves with a positive experience.
Beyond the register, you will play an active role in store maintenance.
