About the Role

Family Dollar is seeking dedicated Cashiers to join our team and assist customers while supporting daily store operations. This role is essential for maintaining a welcoming environment, ensuring accurate transactions, and keeping the store organized and clean. Cashiers serve as the face of the company, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of the location.

What You Will Do

In this position, you will greet customers, scan merchandise, and process cash and card payments efficiently. You will also handle returns, answer product questions, and assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise when needed. Maintaining a clean and organized checkout area and helping with unloading deliveries are key parts of keeping the store running smoothly. You will follow company cash handling procedures and customer service policies to ensure accuracy and safety.
