About the Role
Family Dollar is seeking dedicated Cashiers and Customer Service Associates to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the face of the store, providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily store operations. You will be responsible for greeting customers, scanning merchandise, and assisting them with product questions, ensuring a positive shopping experience from start to finish.
Day in the Life
As a Cashier, you will operate cash registers and process various payment methods, including cash and cards, while adhering to company cash handling procedures. Beyond the register, you will play a key role in maintaining store organization and cleanliness. This includes stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and assisting with unloading deliveries when needed. You will also handle returns and maintain a clean, organized checkout area to ensure efficiency and safety for both customers and staff.
