About the Role
Walmart is seeking Cashiers and Front End Associates to join our team and assist customers with their purchases. This role is essential for maintaining smooth front-end store operations, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and supporting the overall efficiency of the checkout area.
Day in the Life
As a Cashier or Front End Associate, you will be responsible for scanning items, processing cash and card payments, and handling returns and exchanges. You will assist customers with questions, bag items, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Additionally, you may assist with self-checkout stations, verify prices, help customers with Walmart Pay or credit card transactions, and provide general customer service throughout the front-end area.
