About the Role

You will assist customers with questions, help them with Walmart Pay or credit card transactions, and monitor self-checkout stations. Additionally, you will verify prices and help customers with their purchases, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. You must follow Walmart customer service policies, cash handling procedures, and front-end operational guidelines to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
