About the Role

Walmart is seeking Cashiers and Front End Associates to serve as the face of the store, assisting customers with their purchases and supporting overall front-end operations. Day in the Life

As a Cashier or Front End Associate, you will be responsible for scanning items, processing cash and card payments, and handling returns and exchanges with accuracy and speed. You will assist customers with questions, help them utilize Walmart Pay or credit card transactions, and provide general customer service throughout the front-end area. Additionally, you will monitor self-checkout stations, verify prices, and ensure the checkout area remains clean and organized.

Employees must adhere to Walmart’s customer service policies, cash handling procedures, and front-end operational guidelines to maintain high standards of service and security.
