Cashier/Front End Associate

About the Role

Walmart is seeking Cashiers and Front End Associates to play a vital role in the daily operations of our stores. In this position, you will be the face of Walmart, assisting customers with their purchases and ensuring a positive shopping experience from start to finish. You will operate registers, support front-end store operations, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Your responsibilities include scanning items, processing cash and card payments, handling returns and exchanges, and bagging items. Additionally, you will assist customers with questions, monitor self-checkout stations, verify prices, and help customers with Walmart Pay or credit card transactions. This role requires providing friendly customer service and adhering to Walmart's customer service policies, cash handling procedures, and front-end operational guidelines.
