About the Role
Walmart is seeking Cashiers and welcoming Cashiers and Front End Associates to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the daily operations of our stores by assisting customers with their purchases and ensuring a smooth, positive shopping experience from start to finish.
What You Will Do
As a Cashier or Front End Associate, you will be the face of Walmart for many customers. Your primary focus will be on providing friendly, efficient customer service while operating registers and supporting front-end store operations. You will be responsible for scanning items accurately, processing various payment methods including cash and cards, and handling returns and exchanges with care. Additionally, you will assist customers with questions, help maintain a clean and organized checkout area, and checkout area, and support self-checkout stations by verifying prices and assisting shoppers with Walmart Pay or credit card transactions.
