Job Description

The position also involves assisting customers with product questions, stocking shelves when needed, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. Employees may assist with unloading deliveries, organizing merchandise, and helping maintain overall store cleanliness.
Employees must follow company cash handling procedures and customer service policies to ensure accuracy and safety.
Family Dollar offers opportunities for advancement into Lead Cashier, Assistant Store Manager, or Store Manager roles. Some locations may also offer attendance incentives.
