Role Overview
Best Buy is seeking Cashiers and Customer Service Associates to deliver a friendly and helpful in-store experience. In this role, you will assist customers with a variety of needs, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and general product inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the cash register and process transactions using cash and credit/debit cards.
- Assist customers with picking up online orders.
- Answer customer questions regarding products and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-end area.
