About the Role
Ace Hardware Cashiers and Customer Service Associates are the friendly face of the store, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our community. As a Customer Service Associate, you play a vital role in assisting customers with their purchases, operating the register, and helping them locate tools and hardware items. You will also answer basic home improvement questions, ensuring customers find exactly what they need.
Beyond the register, this role involves maintaining the store's appearance and efficiency. You will restock shelves, organize merchandise, and help maintain store cleanliness and organization. Additionally, employees may assist with inventory and stocking when needed, and stocking when needed.
