Job Description
Petco Cashiers and Customer Service Associates are responsible for providing a friendly and helpful shopping experience while supporting daily store operations. This position is integral to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both pets and their owners.
As a key member of the store team, you will serve as the face of Petco, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and helpful. Your role involves a mix of transactional duties and customer engagement, from operating the register to assisting shoppers in finding the right pet food and supplies. You will also answer basic pet care product questions, helping to educate and support our community of pet lovers.
Beyond the register, you play a vital role in store presentation and operations.
