Day in the Life
As a Cashier or Customer Service Associate, you will be at the heart of the customer journey. Your day involves operating the register and handling various cash and card transactions with accuracy and efficiency. You will also assist customers with online order pickups, ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience. Beyond the register, you will answer customer questions, provide product information, and maintain a clean and organized front-end area to create a welcoming environment for all shoppers.
