Day in the Life
As a Cashier and Customer Service Associate, your day involves a mix of customer interaction and store maintenance. You will assist customers with their purchases, operate the register efficiently, and help shoppers locate specific tools and hardware items. Beyond the register, you will answer basic home improvement questions, restock shelves, organize merchandise, and help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store. When needed, you may also assist with inventory management and stocking tasks to keep the store running smoothly.
