About the Role
Petco Cashiers and Customer Service Associates are responsible for providing a friendly and helpful shopping experience while supporting daily store operations. Day in the Life
In this role, you will operate the register and handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Beyond the register, you will actively assist customers with finding pet food and supplies, answering basic pet care product questions to ensure they find exactly what they need for their furry friends. You will also play a key part in maintaining the store's appearance by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and helping set up displays. Keeping the store clean and organized is a core part of the daily routine, ensuring a welcoming environment for all shoppers.
