About the Role
Best Buy Cashiers and Customer Service Associates are the friendly face of our stores, dedicated to providing a welcoming and helpful in-store experience for every customer. As a Cashier or Customer Service Associate, you play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a positive interaction with Best Buy, whether they are making a purchase, handling a return, or seeking assistance with a product.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will assist customers with a variety of tasks including purchases, returns, exchanges, and answering general product questions, and facilitating online order pickups. You will operate the register, handle cash and card transactions, and maintain a clean and organized front-end area. This position requires basic computer skills and strong communication skills, as well as the ability to stand for extended periods.
Compensation
The average pay for this position is $15 – $18 per hour.
