As a Customer Service Associate, you play a vital role in assisting customers with their purchases, operating the register, and helping them locate tools and hardware items. You will also answer basic home improvement questions, ensuring customers find exactly what they need.
Beyond the register, this position involves maintaining the store's appearance and efficiency. You will help restock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness, and assist with inventory and stocking when needed.
