Day in the Life
In this role, you will be the go-to person for customers navigating the front end of our store. Your day involves operating the register, handling both for in-store transactions and online order pickups, while managing cash and card payments with accuracy and care. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized front-end area, creating a positive first impression for all visitors.
Beyond the register, you will engage with customers to answer questions about products and services, offering guidance and support whenever needed. This position requires you to be on your feet for extended periods, actively moving around the store to assist customers and keep the workspace tidy. Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency are essential as you interact with both customers and internal systems to resolve issues and complete transactions efficiently.
