As a Customer Service Associate, you play a vital role in maintaining the store's organization and cleanliness while helping customers locate tools, hardware items, and answer basic home improvement questions.
Day in the Life
Your day involves operating the register, restocking shelves, and organizing merchandise to keep the store running smoothly. You may also assist with inventory and stocking tasks such as inventory management and general store maintenance when needed. This position is a hands-on role where you interact directly with customers and contribute to the overall success of the Ace Hardware team.
