About the Role
Petco Cashiers and Customer Service Associates are responsible for providing a friendly and helpful shopping experience while supporting daily store operations. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and contributing to a positive store environment.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will serve as the face of the store, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Your day-to-day activities include operating the register, handling cash and card transactions, and assisting customers with finding pet food and supplies. You will also answer basic pet care product questions, restock shelves, organize merchandise, help set up displays, and maintain a clean and organized store.
