About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate, you play a vital role in assisting shoppers with their purchases, managing returns and exchanges, and answering general product questions. Your goal is to ensure that every interaction is positive and that customers leave with the products they need and a great impression of our brand.
Day in the Life
In this role, you will be the go-to resource for customers navigating the store. You will operate the register efficiently, handling both cash and card transactions with accuracy. Beyond the register, you will assist customers with online order pickups, ensuring they get their items quickly and easily. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized front-end area, creating a pleasant environment for shoppers. This position requires you to be on your feet for extended periods, engaging with customers and keeping the service area tidy throughout your shift.
