About the Role
Ace Hardware Cashiers and Customer Service Associates play a vital role in our store operations by providing exceptional service to our community. As a Cashier or Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our store, assisting customers with their purchases and ensuring a positive shopping experience from start to finish.
Day in the Life
In this role, you will operate the register, help customers locate tools and hardware items, and assist customers in finding the tools and hardware items they need. You will also answer basic home improvement questions, restock shelves, organize merchandise, and help maintain store cleanliness and organization. Additionally, you may assist with inventory and stocking when needed. Your work helps maintain a welcoming and organized environment for our customers.
