As a Cashier or Customer Service Associate, you play a vital role in assisting customers with their purchases, returns, and exchanges, while also answering general product questions. Your goal is to ensure that every interaction leaves the customer feeling valued and satisfied.
Day in the Life
In this role, you will be the go-to person for front-end operations. You will operate the register, handle cash and card transactions with accuracy, and assist customers with online order pickups. Beyond the transaction, you will be actively engaging with shoppers, answering their questions, and maintaining a clean and maintaining a clean and organized front-end area to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
