Day in the Life
As a Cashier or Customer Service Associate, you will be the final point of contact for many customer journeys. Your day involves operating the register, handling both for in-store purchases and online order pickups. You will manage cash and card transactions with accuracy and speed while maintaining a clean and organized front-end area. Beyond the register, you will be on your feet assisting customers, answering questions, and ensuring the checkout experience is smooth and friendly.
