Ace Hardware Cashiers and Customer Service Associates are the friendly face of the store, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. As a Customer Service Associate, you play a vital role in assisting customers with their purchases, helping them locate tools and hardware items, and, and answering basic home improvement questions. Your goal is to make every customer feel welcome and supported in finding exactly what they need for their projects.
Day in the Life
Your day will involve a mix of customer interaction and store maintenance. You will operate the register efficiently, restock shelves, and organize merchandise to keep the store looking its best, and help maintain store cleanliness and organization. When needed, you may also assist with inventory and stocking tasks such as inventory management and general stocking duties.
