About the Role
Petco Cashiers and Customer Service Associates are responsible for providing a friendly and helpful shopping experience while supporting daily store operations. This position is designed to ensure that every customer interaction is positive and that the store environment remains organized and welcoming.
Day in the Life
In this role, you will operate the register and handle cash and card transactions with care. You will assist customers with finding pet food and supplies and answer basic pet care product questions, ensuring that shelves are restocked and merchandise is organized. You will also help set up displays and maintain a clean and organized store, professional appearance for the store.
